Block Rate Contracts are for companies that want a discounted rate and agree to purchase in advance a block of hours for computer services that do not expire. The block rate is discounted between 10 and 20 percent, depending on how many hours purchased, and can be a bargain!

Maintenance Rate Contracts are a form of insurance--your company pays a monthly set amount for each client, and we agree to maintain it. Maintenance rates depend on the frequency of service calls.
